ITES-3S

The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract is $12.1 Billion an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) small business contract vehicle which provides a broad range of Information Technology (IT) services and solutions to the federal government. ITES-3S is managed by the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

MONIQUE MUGNIER

Monique Mugnier serves as Chief of Staff for the organization as well as the Vice President of Corporate Development where she leads the mergers and acquisitions effort for corporate expansion.

Ms. Mugnier has spent over a decade serving as a strategic advisor to corporations for M&A and capital markets; business development strategy; deal sourcing for private equity, investment banking and family office clients as well as advising on strategic executive-level hires and marketing initiatives.

After receiving her Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, Ms. Mugnier was awarded the Council of Women World Leaders fellowship from Harvard University. The program sent her to live and work in Cape Town, South Africa for the F.W. de Klerk Foundation where she focused on issues and events related to promoting democracy in South Africa both domestically and abroad. She has been published in The New York TimesNewsweek International, and Time Magazine.
