The National Information Technology Acquisitions and Assessment Center (NITAAC) CIO-SP3 Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is designed for federal program staff and contracting officials’ easy, fast, and flexible information technology (IT) services. The federal government has a goal to award at least 5% of all federal contracting dollars to small disadvantaged/8(a) businesses each year. Awards can be (1) competitive 8(a) set-aside contract or (2) sole-source 8(a) contract if the agency determines that the qualified small business is responsible; the resulting contract can be awarded at a fair market price; and government estimate doesn’t $4 million for all other requirements.

  • DIA SITE III Contract Description: The $12.6 billion Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) contract provides managed services directed towards improving integration, information sharing, and information safeguarding using a streamlined information technology (IT) approach. TekSynap will provide innovation with common architecture, consolidated operations, and cloud environments. This is in alignment with the Intelligence Community’s Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE) as directed by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI). The SITE III IDIQ contract vehicle addresses the evolving needs vital to the security of the United States. SITE III facilitates worldwide coverage for integrated IT intelligence requirements and technical support services to the US Government. 
  • Requirements: The SITE III IDIQ contract vehicle streamlines the delivery and management of application and infrastructure services and functions for current and emerging requirements. Task orders may contain requirements for one to many of the IT services and functions listed based on a participating government organization’s requirement. MONIQUE MUGNIER

Monique Mugnier serves as Chief of Staff for the organization as well as the Vice President of Corporate Development where she leads the mergers and acquisitions effort for corporate expansion.

Ms. Mugnier has spent over a decade serving as a strategic advisor to corporations for M&A and capital markets; business development strategy; deal sourcing for private equity, investment banking and family office clients as well as advising on strategic executive-level hires and marketing initiatives.

After receiving her Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, Ms. Mugnier was awarded the Council of Women World Leaders fellowship from Harvard University. The program sent her to live and work in Cape Town, South Africa for the F.W. de Klerk Foundation where she focused on issues and events related to promoting democracy in South Africa both domestically and abroad.
