Sam Johnson
Mr. Johnson is the Director of FWG’s Operations of the Air Force Security Forces Center (AFSFC). He leads the Tactical Logistics and Communications Specialist (TLCS) Field Service Representatives (FSR) contract located in San Antonio, TX. His leadership generates superior client recognition to include feedback such as “Sam is a true and constant professional and a valued SFC team member. He is valued and highly regarded by our team.”
Geraldine Cook
Ms. Cook is a Website Manager/On-Site Manager with 20+ years of experience directing all communications, strategic operations, journalism, domestic and foreign media relations, and protocol/ events coordinator. She is Program Manager, content creator, editor and leader of the much-lauded Diálogo Americas, a trilingual Digital Military Magazine for the U.S. Southern Command. In this capacity, Ms. Cook is integral to the Department of Defense’s public information sharing mission.
Marcos Ommati
Mr. Ommati received a Certificate of Completion for his participation in the Internship for Journalists and Press Officers in Conflict Areas at the Brazilian Armed Forces’ Joint Peacekeeping Operations Training Center (CCOPAB), which is recognized internationally for its excellence in training Brazilian and foreign military personnel, who participate in United Nations (U.N.) peacekeeping missions worldwide.
Daniel is an accomplished Business Development Executive with comprehensive cross-functional experience, forward-thinking mindset, and extensive knowledge of the Federal Technology Services Industry. He has directed Business Development, Capture, Proposal Management and Strategic Programs in a career that has contributed to increased market share across both large corporations and small firms. With an extensive network and successful record of building strong customer relationships in short time frames, Daniel has been widely recognized for his highly effective leadership, commitment to team shared goals and operational achievements.
Daniel is fluent in French and lives in Oklahoma City with his family, where he is active in the community, sitting on the board of 2 local non-profits, as the Executive Vice-President of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA), and Président of Alliance Française.
Kristen Crawford is the Human Resources Director at FWG Solutions. Kristen is responsible for all human resources functions and strategy at the company including, benefits administration, employee relations, policy development / administration and recruitment, which all help ensure that the company culture is maintained and that employees can thrive while at FWG.
Kristen is passionate about working side by side with both management and employees to enhance the employee experience and streamline processes for everyone. Since joining the team in May 2022, she has rolled out numerous new employee initiatives and policies that have helped incentivize the workforce, retain and attract new talent, boost the company’s internal communication, and strengthen the company culture.
Prior to joining FWG, Kristen spent multiple years as a human resources professional in the cruise industry and the nonprofit sector. She is a proud student-athlete graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s graduate from Northeastern University.
André C. Bruce is General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer for FWG Solutions, Inc. Mr. Bruce oversees fundamental legal and business functions, including compliance, contracts, legal strategy, risk mitigation, issues identification, and crisis management. Mr. Bruce also serves on FWG’s Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Bruce joined FWG in 2020 as the Director of Contracts and Corporate Compliance.
Dongfang Liu is Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for processing the financial activities to maximize profits, while managing an accounting and finance team. She serves as a financial advisor to the CEO and the executive team on strategic planning. She oversees all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.

Mrs. Pamela K. Isom serves as FWG’s Chief Innovation Officer, bringing over 25 years of professional services experience in public and private sectors to FWG Solutions and clients. As a senior executive and team leader, she leads business focused transformations through the application of responsible cyber and technology innovations.
Mrs. Isom previously served as Executive Director at the US Department of Energy where she was Chief of Artificial Intelligence & Technology and prior to that, Deputy Chief Information Officer. In total, she provided 7 years of Federal service guiding agencies through research, intellectual property management, governance, and application integration practices for the betterment of citizens. Her cross-industry experiences in manufacturing, e-commerce, financial services, energy and government have led to numerous recognitions for innovative outcomes including a Fed100 award.
Mrs. Isom holds a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Walden University. She is the author of a book, has published in scientific journals, has been awarded several patents, and she is a small business entrepreneur.
Jonny Gonzalez is the Vice President for FWG Solutions’ Defense and Intelligence Capture Division. Jonny holds a master’s degree in communication and leadership from Park University. Additionally, he holds Shipley Certifications in business development, capture management and proposal development. As vice president, Jonny’s goal is to drive growth within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD) sectors of Cyber Security, Information Technology, Intelligence, Training, Information Warfare, and Implementation of Weapons Systems.

Dennis Powell is Vice President for IDIQ Business Development and Capture. He is responsible for the growth and marketing strategies for FWG’s Best in Class and DoD IDIQ Program. Previously, he was FWG’S Senior Director Business Development. In this role, he served as a Program Manager for the company’s NITAAC and Army contracting vehicles, including ITES-3S. For nearly two decades, he has built successful partnerships within the government contracting community and has led effective capture and business development initiatives focused on supporting the missions of federal civilian and DoD agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Commerce (DOC), and the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). Dennis is an alum of the American University.
