Pamela K. Isom as Chief Innovation Officer

Washington, DC. FWG Solutions, Inc, a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) DoD Nunn-Perry Award-winning Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity firm, welcomes Mrs. Pamela K. Isom as the Chief Innovation Officer. Mrs. Isom, former Executive Director of Artificial Intelligence & Technology at the U.S. Department of Energy brings substantial breadth and depth of experience in strategic planning, research and leading digital transformations in the public and private sectors using advanced and emerging capabilities.

In her role as Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), Isom will report directly to FWG’s CEO. She will architect FWG’s technology strategy and in partnership with the CEO, transform the organization into a technology powerhouse for small business through implementing, driving and directing innovation-based efforts within the firm. Isom and her team will lead cyber and technology innovations and partner with business growth teams to win new opportunities. She will oversee IT management and certifications for the firm as they depend on and infuse innovation.

Prior to Federal service, Isom spent time as executive consultant for large firms including Dell and IBM and EDS. She launched her career as a computer programmer and holds a Master of Information Systems Management from Walden University and Bachelor of Business Administration from Chaminade University of Hawaii.

Isom is the recipient of numerous industry awards and was granted several patents. She has published a book on cloud computing and has been featured in Forbes, as well as contributed her work to numerous scientific journals.  She is grateful to her husband and brother who both served in the military, and proud of her brilliant daughter.

Fun Fact: During the COVID pandemic, Pamela is proud to say that she conquered chess.

MONIQUE MUGNIER

Monique Mugnier serves as Chief of Staff for the organization as well as the Vice President of Corporate Development where she leads the mergers and acquisitions effort for corporate expansion.

Ms. Mugnier has spent over a decade serving as a strategic advisor to corporations for M&A and capital markets; business development strategy; deal sourcing for private equity, investment banking and family office clients as well as advising on strategic executive-level hires and marketing initiatives.

After receiving her Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, Ms. Mugnier was awarded the Council of Women World Leaders fellowship from Harvard University. The program sent her to live and work in Cape Town, South Africa for the F.W. de Klerk Foundation where she focused on issues and events related to promoting democracy in South Africa both domestically and abroad. She has been published in The New York TimesNewsweek International, and Time Magazine.
