Mr. Bruce Brooke, joined FWG Solutions in November 2022 and brings over 37 years of proven performance in systems engineering, program management, business development and capture management leadership. His focus is on driving growth, delivering customer-centered results and programmatically increasing value and profitability. His expertise in strategic capture strategy has made him an excellent addition to our Leadership Team. Mr. Brooke has demonstrated success in developing capture strategies, building teams, winning programs, following projects through to completion, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction while establishing trust and loyalty. He brings incomparable experience in DoD IDIQ-GWAC capture management, logistics systems development operations/integration and professional engineering services in addition to inspiring a loyal, highly productive and innovative Business Development Team.
Prior to joining FWG Solutions, Mr. Brooke held executive leadership positions in program management & business development with EPS Corporation as a Senior Vice President, Business and Capture Development (9 Years), TRW/Northrop Grumman (19 Years), Cimarron Software Services and Principal Technologies. He is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and attended Central State University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science (1983).
Bruce is married to Teresa Brooke, celebrating 41 years in May 2022 and has 2 grown children (Josh-37 & Carol-35) and 6 grandchildren. He played College Football at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and attended USMC Officer Candidate School (1980 & 1982). He also is an avid and devout Oklahoma Sooner Fan.
Jerome Markwick currently holds the position of Information Security Director at FWG Solutions, where he oversees the company’s cybersecurity strategy and operational support. His responsibilities encompass threat evaluation, risk oversight, designing security infrastructure, managing incident responses, integrating both physical and digital security, and developing and enforcing security policies.
Before his tenure at FWG Solutions, Jerome had a stint at Boeing as a Security Architect, followed by a role as a Security Program Manager at Google. His experience in the field is underpinned by a robust academic foundation, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences and Communication, as well as a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Leadership, both from the University of Washington.
Michael Simpers – Vice President of Operations and Client Service Delivery has over 24 years of service to the Department of Defense. He is a United States Navy Veteran with significant operational experience in the areas of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Imagery Analysis, Acoustics, RADAR, Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Signature Intelligence (SIGINT). During his military career he was also a certified instructor with his Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle University and a Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University. He brings over 13 years of Program Management, Contract Management, Proposal & Business Development, Financial Management, Requirements Development, System Acquisitions Strategy, Operational Testing (OT), Developmental Testing (DT), Systems Engineering, Logistics and Training Development to FWG Solutions.
Mr. Simpers will be ensuring the operational success and execution of FWG Solutions contracts and subcontracts. Additionally, he will be responsible for customer engagement, satisfaction and overall contract performance. Working closely with his colleagues at each location, he will strive to improve upon an already successful growth strategy while engaging in the development of new business within our current markets and expanding markets.
Daniel is an accomplished Business Development Executive with comprehensive cross-functional experience, forward-thinking mindset, and extensive knowledge of the Federal Technology Services Industry. He has directed Business Development, Capture, Proposal Management and Strategic Programs in a career that has contributed to increased market share across both large corporations and small firms. With an extensive network and successful record of building strong customer relationships in short time frames, Daniel has been widely recognized for his highly effective leadership, commitment to team shared goals and operational achievements.
Daniel is fluent in French and lives in Oklahoma City with his family, where he is active in the community, sitting on the board of 2 local non-profits, as the Executive Vice-President of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA), and Président of Alliance Française.
Kristen Crawford is the Human Resources Director at FWG Solutions. Kristen is responsible for all human resources functions and strategy at the company including, benefits administration, employee relations, policy development / administration and recruitment, which all help ensure that the company culture is maintained and that employees can thrive while at FWG.
Kristen is passionate about working side by side with both management and employees to enhance the employee experience and streamline processes for everyone. Since joining the team in May 2022, she has rolled out numerous new employee initiatives and policies that have helped incentivize the workforce, retain and attract new talent, boost the company’s internal communication, and strengthen the company culture.
Prior to joining FWG, Kristen spent multiple years as a human resources professional in the cruise industry and the nonprofit sector. She is a proud student-athlete graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s graduate from Northeastern University.
André C. Bruce is General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer for FWG Solutions, Inc. Mr. Bruce oversees fundamental legal and business functions, including compliance, contracts, legal strategy, risk mitigation, issues identification, and crisis management. Mr. Bruce also serves on FWG’s Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Bruce joined FWG in 2020 as the Director of Contracts and Corporate Compliance.
Prior to service at FWG, André spent time as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Charles County, Maryland, where he was the head of the office’s Economic Crime Unit. He also previously worked at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of Civil Rights.
Mr. Bruce earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Dongfang Liu is Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for processing the financial activities to maximize profits, while managing an accounting and finance team. She serves as a financial advisor to the CEO and the executive team on strategic planning. She oversees all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.
Dongfang is also responsible for development, oversight, and management of the investment plan. She advises on financing options to support the company’s growth.
Dongfang joined the company in July 2018. Before that, she had over 20 years’ experience in accounting for government contractors.

Mrs. Pamela K. Isom serves as FWG’s Chief Innovation Officer, bringing over 25 years of professional services experience in public and private sectors to FWG Solutions and clients. As a senior executive and team leader, she leads business focused transformations through the application of responsible cyber and technology innovations.
Mrs. Isom previously served as Executive Director at the US Department of Energy where she was Chief of Artificial Intelligence & Technology and prior to that, Deputy Chief Information Officer. In total, she provided 7 years of Federal service guiding agencies through research, intellectual property management, governance, and application integration practices for the betterment of citizens. Her cross-industry experiences in manufacturing, e-commerce, financial services, energy and government have led to numerous recognitions for innovative outcomes including a Fed100 award.
Mrs. Isom holds a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Walden University. She is the author of a book, has published in scientific journals, has been awarded several patents, and she is a small business entrepreneur.
Jonny Gonzalez is the Vice President for FWG Solutions’ Defense and Intelligence Capture Division. Jonny holds a master’s degree in communication and leadership from Park University. Additionally, he holds Shipley Certifications in business development, capture management and proposal development. As vice president, Jonny’s goal is to drive growth within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD) sectors of Cyber Security, Information Technology, Intelligence, Training, Information Warfare, and Implementation of Weapons Systems.
Jonny is a highly decorated retired Lt. Colonel who served in the U.S. Army for 27 years. He served in a variety of roles, to include national defense strategic planner and communications director within the Department of Defense. His foundational work in DOD Information Warfare, for policy decision-making, has been applied by decision-makers within the DOD to make sense of how people in countries around the world produce, consume and understand information and misinformation through traditional media and on the Web. Jonny’s passion includes traveling the world and coaching youth sports, both football and wrestling programs.

Dennis Powell is Vice President for IDIQ Business Development and Capture. He is responsible for the growth and marketing strategies for FWG’s Best in Class and DoD IDIQ Program. Previously, he was FWG’S Senior Director Business Development. In this role, he served as a Program Manager for the company’s NITAAC and Army contracting vehicles, including ITES-3S. For nearly two decades, he has built successful partnerships within the government contracting community and has led effective capture and business development initiatives focused on supporting the missions of federal civilian and DoD agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Commerce (DOC), and the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). Dennis is an alum of the American University.
Monique Mugnier serves as Chief of Staff for the organization as well as the Vice President of Corporate Development where she leads the mergers and acquisitions effort for corporate expansion.
Ms. Mugnier has spent over a decade serving as a strategic advisor to corporations for M&A and capital markets; business development strategy; deal sourcing for private equity, investment banking and family office clients as well as advising on strategic executive-level hires and marketing initiatives.
After receiving her Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, Ms. Mugnier was awarded the Council of Women World Leaders fellowship from Harvard University. The program sent her to live and work in Cape Town, South Africa for the F.W. de Klerk Foundation where she focused on issues and events related to promoting democracy in South Africa both domestically and abroad. She has been published in The New York Times, Newsweek International, and Time Magazine.
Mr. Nshokano Katabana is CEO of FWG Solutions, an award winning cybersecurity & engineering professional services company that delivers technology solutions and mission critical services to the United States government and commercial clients. In this role, Mr. Katabana leads a company that’s known for its quality driven solutions and very talented team of cybersecurity subject matter experts, engineers, scientists and information technology professionals.
Mr. Katabana is a multilingual senior business leader, technology executive and investor with many years of experience building, leading and growing Information Technology & Engineering organizations on an global enterprise scale. Mr. Katabana continues to play a major role in leading technology business transformations & organizational turn-around within global multi-billion dollar corporations. In addition, as an entrepreneur & business leader, he has founded, built & grown small businesses into successful, viable & competitive multi-million dollar technology companies.
