FWG Solutions, Inc. Appraised at CMMI for Services Level 2

On September 1, 2016, FWG Solutions, Inc. (FWG) announced it has been appraised at Level 2 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Services. The appraisal was performed independently by ACE Guides, LLC.

CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at maturity level 2 indicates the organization is performing at a “managed” level. At this level, projects have ensured that processes are planned and executed in accordance with policy; the projects employ skilled people who have adequate resources to produce controlled outputs; involve relevant stakeholders; are monitored, controlled, and reviewed; and are evaluated for adherence to their process descriptions.

FWG’s President and CEO, Nshokano Katabana expressed, “We are extremely excited to receive the CMMI Institute’s Level 2 appraisal for services. This recognition demonstrates our firm’s commitment to the implementation of standardized processes, plans and polices for excellence in the delivery of client services. I would like to thank the FWG staff for their dedication to the success of this effort.”
